Waveney Chambers, Lowestoft

Working closely with Scandia Ltd of Norwich, we completed a full lighting design and EN-1838 compliance for emergency lighting throughout for the Waveney Chambers building in Lowestoft which has been converted into sea view apartments and ground floor offices.

Supplying full DWG design using CAD software, we then produced working PDF plans showing fitting positions for the Theory Test Centre offices on the ground floor, all First, second and third floor apartments and corridors.

All areas have been designed to CIBSE lighting guidance lux levels in all areas. Working closely with the contractor, we managed to get this project over the line on time and on budget. Both the client and our lighting design team are pleased with the end result at the Waveney Chambers building.
